My Favorite Ab Combo

This is my absolute favorite go-to ab combo. I have tormented many fitness classes with these two exercises. You will certainly feel the burn by the time this set is done. It is important to work at a challenging but appropriate level for you. This combo can be easily adapted by working from a kneeling plank, by shortening the duration of each round, or by doing a single round rather than three.
