Body-Weight Strength Training

We all lead busy lives juggling family, work, school, and various other important commitments. Our health is just as important, and we want to fit exercise into that hectic schedule, but often times it needs to be efficient.

Hands down the most common request I get from clients is that their program is quick, effective, and able to be done anywhere and anytime. They require something with minimal equipment that can be done in the confines of a hotel room while at a conference, or in the living room while one’s child is taking a nap or is at preschool.

Here is one of my vacation-style workouts—fast but challenging, and equipment free.
